Menlo Garden Condominiums: Beaverton, Oregon. Lead Broker in sales and marketing of 48 townhome style condominiums.

Eagles Loft Condominiums: Happy Valley, Oregon. One of three brokers to setup and lead sales and marketing for the first phase of the community. (120 condominiums in all)

Cambridge Creek Subdivision: Portland, Oregon. Lead Broker in sales and Marketing of 31 singles family homes.

Red Tail Canyon: Portland, Oregon. Lead Broker in sales and marketing of 100 condominium conversion project.

As New Home Construction became a bit slower in activity Mr. Svaren established bank relationships.  Currently, he works with the following banks to liquidate their REO properties:
